Conscious Spaceholder Session

Have you ever seen those events where a man or woman sits in a chair or under a tree, and people come up to them one by one, and share a few minutes of intimate space, and those people leave feeling more seen than they ever have in their lives? Being FULLY seen is not always easy, and intimacy in our existing relationships can be a tricky concept. I have learned to hold almost immediate, deeply intimate and sacred space in an online setting, as evidenced by my many podcast guests who have remarked on it, and many zoom calls and one on one containers, even when audio only. For this session, we will hold an hour of deep connection, and I will pour love into you … as much as you can receive. We can sit in silence or we can have a meaningful conversation and everything in between – the choice is yours. I will show up fully open, heart centered, and available to hold whatever comes through. If you wish to receive reflections as they are seen I will share them. Just know you will be honoured and validated as you may never have been before, and it will fill you up. It may even trigger parts of you that are ready to be seen and dissolved, and you will take away love that will help you integrate those bits and pieces, as your connection to self continues to grow beyond the session. Divine Masculine Session

Are you tired, overwhelmed, sick of all the demands on your time and attention? Confused about women want, or what YOUR beloved lady is trying to tell you? I have been diving into this subject for several years and have participated in many groups where we are exploring and refining this beautiful topic: polarity, magnetism, healthy masculinity that feels good to both self and other, accessing joy holding strong boundaries and principles, being the trustworthy man that the divine feminine can surrender to and match with passion and love, and so much more. There is only so much we can cover in an hour, but I can cover a LOT of ground, because much of what we will share is energetic and that information is conveyed instantly. You will not be judged, ever. You will be heard, and enjoy a powerful glimpse into the feminine world that will naturally call to the masculine in you. This is a mutually respectful container, always. Anything less will not be tolerated. Please have your heart open, and be ready to be shown what can be healed, changed, transformed. 

Telling a New (Love) Story Session

This is future pacing with a twist that my heart came up with and it has made ALL the difference. In this potent session, we will dissolve the assumed barriers between your past, present and ideal future self, with three very specific exercises designed (and proven) to not only expand your connection to all versions of yourself but also to integrate them into one timeline that aligns with what your highest self wants for you. I have done this in group sessions and one-on-one and it always feels SO delicious, like we literally crafting a new reality, bringing it from potential to probable. With the infusion of loving support at every intersection, this becomes a potent tool for clarifying and solidifying the path ahead of you, while making room for the magic that can land in your life along the way. I *LOVE* these sessions!

Not-So-Fun But Very Freeing Inner Child Regression Session

For this session, I’VE GOT YOU. I can hold enough space to let those unseen bits and pieces come forward, and gently be looked at. As we allow that which has been running us to come forward, we hold compassion and love for the innocent and vulnerable versions of us. We let them speak, and we honour how they think and feel, and the conclusions they came to, the ways they have been trying to protect us. We thank them, and we reassure them, and we integrate them into wholeness. Even when they feel THEY were wrong, or bad. Especially then. As heart-wrenching as these sessions can be, they are also very cathartic and healing. Ultimately, they help YOU create new space to say, ‘I’ve got you’ to previously unacknowledged parts of yourself when they surface. It is a beautiful and tender thing, and I thank you for your willingness to go where it hurts, in order to heal it. ❤️

Generational Healing Session

This is the time when we heal our lineages, forward and backward. A companion session to the inner child work above, this deals with parents and/or children, and the ways in which our familial relationships form and influence our own lives. There is SO much transformation available to us when we do this work, and it impacts our families through time and space. I am not kidding … relationships can be healed even when one party in the connection is no longer living, or when there is estrangement. All relationships are mirrors, and when we are willing to look and address what we see, we take a stand for healing: the buck stops here. We no longer let patterns flow through us from our parents to our children. We free ourselves, and it feels like our entire line of ancestors and descendants breathe a big, beautiful sigh of relief and joy. This is important and beautiful work, and is also, often, a companion to the plant medicine journey integration session.
